Organizational Change Management

Organizational change management services include:

  • Work with Product Owner/SME to identify opportunities to optimize business processes.

  • Document “As Is” and “To Be” business processes.

  • Facilitate review and adoption of “To Be” business processes.

  • Develop an OCM Plan to transition the organization and its external stakeholders to a new operational model.

  • Develop a Communication Plan.

  • Manage communication activities, including development of content for client's intranet/team/sharepoint web site, regular briefings and other communication vehicles to keep external stakeholders informed.

  • Develop Training Plan, Materials and Job Aides to train users (internal and external) for all phases of the project.
