Work with Product Owner/SME to identify opportunities to optimize business processes.
Document “As Is” and “To Be” business processes.
Facilitate review and adoption of “To Be” business processes.
Develop an OCM Plan to transition the organization and its external stakeholders to a new operational model.
Develop a Communication Plan.
Manage communication activities, including development of content for client's intranet/team/sharepoint web site, regular briefings and other communication vehicles to keep external stakeholders informed.
Develop Training Plan, Materials and Job Aides to train users (internal and external) for all phases of the project.
